We make every effort to ensure that we keep sufficient stock on hand at Amazon's warehouses for Amazon to fulfill (ship) the products, but sometimes items are purchased faster than we can replenish them. Rest assured, more product is on its way or in the process of being restocked, and will be available to order soon. For these products, you will likely see an "expected restock date," which we have found to be pretty accurate. Sometimes, Amazon even allows you to purchase a product while it is in the process of being restocked and in this case it could take longer than normal to ship out. There is also the option of purchasing through Amazon with us fulfilling (shipping) the product.
If you need our products before they are restocked on Amazon, please know that our products are also available to purchase on our website GetSoto.com, as well as at other online retailers such as Lowe's, Walmart, and eBay. We try to maintain plenty of stock at these retailers.
Please note that we do maintain stock of every product at our own warehouse, so if you order from our website GetSoto.com, it will ship within 24 hours, and shipping is free on all orders over $15. We are able to do this because we manufacture all of our own products at our facility here in the USA. This makes it so we are able to manage our own warehouse inventory since we are not subjected to the long lead times of companies that rely on overseas manufacturers.
