Yes, once Soto's Multi-Surface Paint Touch Up is fully cured it will not have any issues.
Even though it will dry to the touch very quickly, because this is a non toxic alternative to solvent based paint it takes a bit longer to fully cure (between 1-2 weeks should be adequate depending on exposure conditions). However, the final cured durability of our product is typically better than toxic alternatives on the market. That being said, the paint dries very quickly and is pretty durable once dry. However, to ensure the absolute best longevity and performance, we suggest you allow it the full cure time.
That said, if the paint is frozen before application (rarely, it may freeze during a long transport if exposed to subzero temperatures for a long time), it may be permanently damaged and can take on a dry, hard, or sandy appearance. Customer satisfaction is a high priority for us, so if you receive paint that is below standard, please contact us and we can get out a replacement for you immediately.
