We ship all our color charts within 1 business day. It usually takes between 3-5 business days to arrive to your location. We send all of our color charts via standard first class, and that does not offer tracking. Occasionally, USPS has delays, so on rare occasions, it may take a week or more. If it still has not arrived in two weeks, please contact us at hi@getsoto.com for a replacement.
For fastest service, ensure your address includes all details required to deliver your order (apartment number, gate code, etc.).
