It depends on several factors, including temperature, humidity, and how much is used, but typically, allow Soto's Lightweight Spackle to dry 30 minutes before sanding or painting it. Dry time will vary depending on size and depth of repair (deep repairs take longer to dry; exposure to air makes it dry faster). Higher temperatures and/or forced air (such as drying with a blow dryer) can speed up drying time. Our spackle is color-matched to 5 colors, and can be left as is, or sanded then followed with paint to match your existing color. |
