All orders are shipped out within 24 hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Time), and may even be shipped the same day if the order is placed before 10 a.m. Pacific Time).
Customers typically receive their order within 3-5 business days.
Color charts are shipped via USPS First Class Letter, which have no tracking number. Occasionally, USPS has delays, so on rare occasions, it may take a week or more. If it still has not arrived in two weeks, please contact us at hi@getsoto.com for a replacement.
All of our other products are shipped via USPS First Class package, and USPS does provide tracking numbers for packages, so you will be able to see where your package is. If the tracking number says it was delivered but you can't find the package, see here for more information.
For fastest service, ensure your address includes all details required to deliver your order (apt #, gate code, etc.).
