Usually, the tracking information is accurate when it says it was delivered, but occasionally the carrier has marked the package as delivered but it really wasn't (sometimes this happens and the package will be delivered in the next few days).
Other possibilities include that the package was actually left at a neighbor’s house or another location around your house (over the backyard fence, behind a bush, etc.). We suggest asking neighbors and looking around your house perimeter. If you live in an apartment or condominium, packages are sometimes left at the front office, or you may get a key in your regular mail to a secure post office box where packages are safely kept until the owner retrieves them.
Finally, it's possible the package was stolen (sadly this does happen). If you have exhausted the above suggestions and still cannot locate the package after 3 days, we can send a replacement along with submitting a lost/stolen claim with the carrier for further investigation. Please Contact Us if you're still not able to locate the package so we can get the replacement out to you. Please confirm your address, including all details required to deliver your order (apartment number, gate code, etc.), just to make sure that isn't an issue.
