Returns within the US are free!
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please reach out to us at hi@getsoto.com or through our contact form. Our standard returns policy includes free returns or exchanges for US orders within 30 days of your order having shipped, provided that they are in unused/unopened condition.
We offer international returns within 30 days of purchase for a flat rate of $15 for most items. Contact us at hi@getsoto.com for more details. Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs will be deducted from your refund.
