Soto's Premium All-In-One House Paint is not designed to remove mildew. By being a coating, it will seal the surface to which it's applied. If all the mold and mold spores are removed, it will reduce the likelihood of it growing back. The paint itself does not have any chemicals that will prevent mold or mildew growth once dried.
