Most custom matches are extremely accurate, and we confirm all matches with the manufacturer's swatch books before the paint leaves our facility. If you receive the custom match and you find it does not match your surface, there could be several reasons for this. For example, the pigments in paint can age over time, and this process can be sped up by a variety of factors including exposure to sunlight, smoke, and other environmental factors.
