Soto's Multi-Surface Touch-Up Paint is acrylic and non-toxic, but it is still recommended that the paint be dry before throwing it in the trash. You can empty the bottle onto a disposable surface (like a paper plate, scrap paper, aluminum foil, an old piece of cardboard, etc.), where it should dry within 24 hours. If it's too difficult to pour out the paint, you can leave the bottle open for about a week, which should allow it to dry enough to be thrown away.
